Abbot Elementary wint vier TCA Awards

De comedy Abbott Elementary (bij ons te zien op Disney+) was de grote winnaar van de TCA Awards. De serie won vier prijzen waaronder het prestigieuze ‘Program of the Year’. De prijs voor ‘beste drama’ ging naar Succession en voor ‘beste miniserie’ naar Dopesick. De grootste verrassing vond plaats in de categorie ‘Individual Achievement in Drama’. Daar won Mandy Moore voor haar rol in This Is Us. Zij versloeg onder meer Michael Keaton, Melanie Lynskey, Bob Odenkirk, Margaret Qualley, Rhea Seehorn, Amanda Seyfried en Jeremy Strong.
