Line Of Duty, beste serie voor RTS

Vorige week werden deelde de Britse Royal Television Society zijn Programme Awards uit voor het televisieseizoen 2013-14.

Twee van onze favoriete series Happy Valley en Peaky Blinders moesten het onderstip delven voor Line Of Duty dat verkozen werd tot ‘beste drama serie’. Onze andere favoriet The Honourable Woman, ging aan de haal met ‘beste miniserie’.

Sarah Lancashire, die de hoofdrol speelt in Happy Valley en ook te zien is in Last Tango In Halifax van dezelfde scenariste als Happy Valley, kreeg terecht de prijs voor ‘beste actrice’. De award voor 'beste internationale serie' ging ook meer dan verdiend naar Fargo.
