WGA bekroont Succession en Hacks

De vakbond van de scenaristen, de Writers Guild of America, maakte onlangs de winnaars bekend van de 2022 WGA Awards.
Grote winnaars werden Succession (in de categorie drama) en Hacks (in de categorie comedy). Verrassend was dat deze laatste het haalde van Ted Lasso. Ook Maid, de Netflix-serie, won terecht de award voor best geschreven miniserie. Squid Game kwam niet in aanmerking voor de nominaties.
