WGA gecharmeerd door de nieuwe series

De vakbond van de scenaristen, de Writers Guild of America, maakte deze week zij nominaties bekend voor de 2022 WGA Awards.
Verschillende nieuwe series zoals Yellowjackets, Loki, Hacks, Only Murders In The Building, 1883 en Reservation Dogs haalden één of meerdere nominaties. Het was trouwens Only Murder In The Building dat de lijst aanvoerde met drie nominaties.

Ook vertrouwde series zoals The Handmaid’s Tale, Succession, Ted Lasso, The Morning Show, Curb Your Enthusiasm en What We Do In The Shadows kregen een nominatie. Squid Game kwam niet in aanmerking voor de nominaties.

De prijzen worden uitgereikt op 27 januari.
